  • Up to 200 Guests (additional cost for additional guest count)

    Use of Pergola, Wings Gallery & Eagle’s Nest Barn

    Friday: 12PM-8PM (Decorating, Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner)

    Saturday: 9AM-Midnight (Ceremony & Reception)

    Sunday: 8AM-12PM (Clean up only - no additional events)

    INCLUDED IN WEEKEND PACKAGE:

    Day of Venue Coordinator.

    Two 30 minute Pre-Wedding consultation meetings to hash out details.

    Chair setup & tear down at the ceremony site (Pergola).

    Tables & Chairs set up & tear down in the reception hall. 

    Cake Table, Gift Table, Appetizer Table, Catering Tables. 

    Cocktail Tables covered with black house linens.

    Portable bar & beverage troughs.

    Outdoor Covered Patio & Lawn (cornhole game set up at no additional cost if desired).

    Wedding Rehearsal at the Pergola the evening prior to the wedding.

    Rehearsal Dinner location- Use of the Eagle’s Nest Barn for your rehearsal dinner. (a $300 value)

    Bridal Suite for brides & bridesmaids to get ready.

    Eagle’s Nest Barn for groom & groomsmen to get ready.

    Full access to our Decorator’s Closet- use of vases, chalkboards, easels, and centerpiece decorations.

    Little Red Limo (6-person golf cart) for transportation to & from the ceremony for you and your guests.

    Parking: We will direct traffic at no charge. We can accommodate 200 cars. 

    17 x 26 framed canvas photograph of your ceremony ($400 value).

    Catering-You may choose your own caterer or bring in your own food. 

    Alcohol-You may bring your own beverages (including alcohol) and provide bartenders. The person who signs the contract is required to obtain a “Liquor Liability Waiver” in the amount of $1,000,000 from their insurance company [$75-$100] or you can purchase online at Eventhelper.com (due 30 days prior to the wedding).

    PRICING:

    $6600 FOR 2024

    $6800 FOR 2025

    A damage deposit of $1000 is required to reserve the date (will be returned after the event, if there are no damages). The use fee is due 30 days prior to your date.

    Two weeks prior to Wedding: Guest Count, Wedding Details & Timeline confirmation is due.

    ADD ONS:

    While the Wings Gallery Reception Hall features a built-in dancefloor, many of our couples choose to rent our moveable dancefloor so it can be positioned at their desired location. The Outdoor tent is 20ft x 40ft and can accommodate up to 90 guests seated, however many of our couples choose to use the tent with limited seating, cocktail tables & sometimes an outdoor dance floor.

  • EAGLES NEST BARN

    Use of The Eagles Nest Barn for up to 50 people

    Includes 1 hour prior & 1 hour after for set up & clean up.

    Tables and chairs included.

    Catering-You may choose your own caterer or bring in your own food.

    Alcohol-You may bring your own beverages (including alcohol) and provide bartenders.
